EPA Corrects Pesticide Tolerance for Bushberry

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule to correct a pesticide tolerance for chlorantraniliprole in Bushberry, a type of fruit, following a July 27, 2011, publication in the Federal Register. The EPA had previously established tolerances for residues of chlorantraniliprole in multiple commodities, but missed Bushberry in the initial regulation.
