EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Santa Barbara Air Pollution Control District (SBAPCD), Sacramento Municipal Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD), and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) to regulate volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from solvent cleaning machines and oil and gas production wells, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) of 1990.
