VA to Lease 94 Acres for Senior Living Community in Fort Howard, MD

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) for a senior living retirement and affordable housing community on 94 acres of land at the Fort Howard VA Campus in Maryland, with the selected lessee responsible for financing and operating the development.
