EPA Proposes Approval of Arizona's Stage II Gasoline Vapor Recovery Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Arizona's State Implementation Plan, which aims to reduce volatile organic compound emissions from gasoline transfer to motor vehicle fuel tanks. The revisions also redefine 'gasoline' to exclude E85, affecting fuel requirements and vapor recovery in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
