DoD Adopts Final Rule on Transportation Services for Riding Gang Members

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has adopted a final rule with changes, amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement requirements for individuals working on US-flag vessels under DoD contracts for transportation services, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009. The rule also includes an administrative change to a cross-reference.
