DoD Updates Definition of 'Qualifying Country End Product' in DFARS

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to update the definition of 'qualifying country end product' in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The change eliminates the component test for commercially available off-the-shelf items, allowing them to be considered qualifying country end products without additional evaluation.
