Federal Government Issues Final Guidance on Lobbyist Appointments to Boards and Commissions

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has released final guidance on appointing federally registered lobbyists to federal boards and commissions, following a review of public comments on proposed guidance issued in 2010.
