Commission Approves Water Resources Projects and Rescinds Approval

The Commission took actions at its September 15, 2011, meeting in Milford, New York, including approving settlements for two water resources projects and rescinding approval for one project, while also approving or tabling applications for other projects involving water diversions into or out of the Susquehanna River Basin.
