US Postal Service Proposes Changes to Express Mail Refund Policy
The US Postal Service is proposing to shorten the timeframe for filing claims for domestic Express Mail refunds from 90 days to 30 days after mailing, and to modify the 'waiver of signature' standard for domestic items, requiring a signature only when the mailer selects the 'signature required' option on the Express Mail label.
