EPA Proposes Revisions to Federal Implementation Plans to Reduce Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate Matter and Ozone

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the 2011 Transport Rule, aimed at addressing discrepancies in modeling assumptions and new unit set-asides in several states, as well as changes to allowance allocations and assurance penalty provisions.
