EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Disapproval of Arkansas State Implementation Plan for Regional Haze

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove a revision to the Arkansas State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address regional haze and interstate transport requirements under the Clean Air Act, which aims to prevent future and remedy existing impairment of visibility in mandatory Class I areas caused by air pollutants.
