EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the Commonwealth of Virginia's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to incorporate federal changes to transportation conformity requirements, as part of its efforts to improve air quality in the state.
