EPA Finalizes Rule for Testing of 15 High Production Volume Chemicals

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has promulgated a final rule requiring manufacturers, importers, and processors to conduct health and environmental testing on 15 high production volume chemicals, as part of its efforts to assess potential risks to human health and the environment.
