Notice of Intent to Grant Partially Exclusive Patent License to BOLD Industries, Inc.

The Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant BOLD Industries, Inc. a non-exclusive patent license to practice certain government-owned inventions in the US. The license will be revocable and non-assignable, covering multiple patent applications filed between 2009 and 2010.
