US Army Withdraws Notice of Intent for Joint High Speed Vessels Program
The US Army is withdrawing its notice of intent to prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the stationing and operation of Joint High Speed Vessels (JHSVs), following the transfer of the vessels to the US Navy in May 2011.
