VA to Lease Land for Senior Housing Facility in Kerrville, TX

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) for a 5.0-acre parcel of land in Kerrville, Texas, to develop a senior housing facility, which will be financed and operated by the selected lessee.
