DoD Extends Personnel Management Demonstration Program to Additional Laboratories

The US Department of Defense has extended the Personnel Management Demonstration Program to seven additional laboratories, following amendments to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 and 2010, and a subsequent clarification in the Ike Skelton NDAA for FY 2011.
