VA to Conduct Computer Matching Program with DoD for Montgomery GI Bill Eligibility Verification

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to conduct a recurring computer matching program with the Department of Defense (DoD) to verify the eligibility status of veterans, servicemembers, and reservists for education benefits under the Montgomery GI Bill. The match will use personnel records from DOD and benefit records from VA to determine eligibility for payment of benefits.
