EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for NOx Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District and Sacramento Metro Air Quality Management District portions of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to regulate nitrogen oxide emissions from industrial and commercial sources.
