EPA Proposes Approval of Pennsylvania Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan, which demonstrates the state's attainment of the 1997 annual fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standard in the Philadelphia area.
