EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico Air Quality Plan Revisions, Including Fee Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to New Mexico's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that address fee requirements for permit applications, administrative hearings, and other expenses, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the New Mexico Air Quality Control Act.
