EPA Approves Virginia's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Virginia's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) that addresses a regulatory error affecting the state's nitrogen oxides (NOx) budget, which was set to expire at the end of the 2008 ozone season.
