National Science Foundation Publishes Draft Certification Criteria for Non-Federal Asset Integration Into IOOS

The National Science Foundation is seeking public comment on draft certification criteria for non-federal assets to be integrated into the U.S. Integrated Ocean Observation System (IOOS), in response to a requirement in the Integrated Coastal Ocean Observation System Act of 2009.
