Notice of Intent to Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the San Elijo Lagoon Restoration Project
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation are jointly preparing an Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the San Elijo Lagoon Restoration Project in Encinitas, California, to assess the potential environmental impacts and determine the preferred alternative for the project.
