EPA Issues Final NPDES Pesticide General Permit for Point Source Discharges

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the final National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit for point source discharges from the application of pesticides to US waters, following a court ruling that required permits for certain pesticide discharges.
