EPA Proposes Approval of Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Virginia's State Implementation Plan, which adds new regulations to control volatile organic compounds from various sources in the Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg areas, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
