EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of changes to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD), which will regulate volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from architectural coatings, as mandated by the Clean Air Act of 1990.
