EPA Proposes Approval of Utah's State Implementation Plan for Regional Haze

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Utah, which establishes smoke management requirements for land managers in the state as required by regional haze regulations. The plan supersedes previous submissions and is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
