EPA Grants Exemption for Methacrylic Acid-Methyl Methacrylate-Polyethylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether Methacrylate Graft Copolymer in Pesticide Formulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry LLC, allowing the company to use methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether methacrylate graft copolymer as an inert ingredient in pesticide formulations without needing to establish a tolerance for residues on food or feed commodities.
