EPA Extends Access to Toxic Substances Control Act Confidential Business Information

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended its contract with Protection Strategies Incorporated (PSI) until December 31, 2011, allowing the company to access confidential business information related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
