Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to OMB for Review and Approval; Comment Request; NSPS for Municipal Waste Combustors (Renewal) - OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a renewal of its Information Collection Request (ICR) for Municipal Solid Waste Combustion (MSWCR) data, which is required under the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NSPS) for Municipal Waste Combustors, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The EPA is submitting the ICR to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
