EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of revised rules to control volatile organic compound emissions from steam enhanced crude oil production and aerospace coating operations in the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, as part of the California State Implementation Plan.
