Notice of Availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Point Thomson Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, has made the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Point Thomson Project available, which assesses the potential environmental impacts of the Exxon Mobil Corporation and PTE Pipeline LLC's plan to construct industrial infrastructure and extract liquid hydrocarbons near Point Thomson, Alaska. The EIS must be reviewed to determine if the project complies with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and obtain necessary permits from the Corps of Engineers.
