DOD Withdraws Privacy Act of 1974 System of Records Notice

The Department of Defense has withdrawn its previously published Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records notice, which was mistakenly published on November 14, 2011, and had already been published in the Federal Register on August 22, 2011.
