VA to Lease Land in Vancouver, WA for Permanent Housing Facility

The US Department of Veterans Affairs plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease with a private developer to build a permanent housing facility for homeless and at-risk veterans in Vancouver, Washington, on a 1.35-acre parcel of land at the Portland VA Medical Center--Vancouver Campus.
