VA to Leverage Enhanced-Use Lease for Permanent Housing Facility in Bedford, MA

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to lease approximately 4.0 acres of land at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts, to a private developer for the construction of a permanent housing facility for homeless and at-risk veterans and their families. The selected developer will be responsible for financing, designing, building, and operating the facility.
