VA to Lease Land for Transitional Housing Facility in Bath, NY

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) for a 2.6-acre parcel of land at the Bath VA Medical Center in New York, with the selected lessee responsible for developing a transitional and permanent housing facility for veterans and their families.
