VA to Lease Land for Permanent Housing Facility in Fort Harrison, Montana

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) agreement with a private developer to build a permanent housing facility on a 2-acre parcel of land and 11 buildings at the VA Montana Health Care System in Fort Harrison, Montana, with the selected lessee responsible for financing, designing, and operating the facility.
