DoD Amends DFARS to Require Disclosure of Former Officials' Compensation Compliance

The Department of Defense (DoD) is updating its Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to require contractors to disclose whether their former DoD employees are complying with post-employment restrictions, in an effort to prevent insider trading and maintain government trust.
