HUD Proposes Rule to Revise Indian Housing Block Grant and Title VI Loan Guarantee Programs

The proposed rule aims to implement statutory amendments to the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) Program and the Title VI Loan Guarantee Program, following consensus decisions between HUD and Tribal representatives, as mandated by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Reauthorization Act of 2008.
