DoD Issues Final Rule for Transition to System for Award Management

The Department of Defense is implementing a rule change to update its acquisition regulations as it transitions its Integrated Acquisition Environment systems to the new System for Award Management architecture, in response to a 2011 case (DFARS Case 2011-D053)
