DoD Adopts Final Rule on Single-Source Contract Notification Requirements

The Department of Defense has finalized, with changes, an interim rule updating the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to comply with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010, which mandates notification to Congress for single-award task- or delivery-order contracts exceeding $103 million.
