VA Proposes Changes to Payment Methodology for Non-VA Home Health and Hospice Providers

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proposing to update its billing methodology for non-VA providers of home health services and hospice care, affecting providers without existing contracts with VA, and rescinding conflicting internal guidance documents.
