VA to Lease Land for Permanent Housing in Chillicothe, Ohio

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) for 17.5 acres of land at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, with the lessee required to build and operate permanent and transitional housing for at-risk veterans and their families.
