VA to Lease 4.0-Acre Property in Memphis for Mixed-Use Development

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) for a 4.0-acre parcel of land in Memphis, Tennessee, to finance a mixed-use development that will include a parking structure, professional medical office, hotel, and retail space.
