VA Secretary to Enter Enhanced-Use Lease for Community Services and Parking at Memphis VA Medical Center

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs plans to sign an Enhanced-Use Lease for a 0.7-acre parcel of land and one building at the Memphis VA Medical Center campus in Tennessee, with the lessee responsible for financing and developing community services and parking facilities.
