EPA Grants Eastman Chemical's Petition to Exclude Waste Streams from Hazardous Waste Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Eastman Chemical Corporation's request to exclude three waste streams generated from its rotary kiln incinerator from hazardous waste control, allowing the company to delist these waste streams.
