EPA Approves Delaware's Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions from Printing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Delaware, which aims to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from offset lithographic printing and letterpress printing, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the requirements of the RACT rule.
