EPA Approves South Carolina Air Quality Plan, Declares Negative for Certain Sources

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve several revisions to South Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which establish control technology requirements for major polluters in the Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill area, and declare negative for certain source categories.
