EPA Approves South Carolina's Air Quality Plan, Exempts Certain Sources

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved several revisions to South Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which establish control technology requirements for major polluters in the Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill area, while exempting certain sources from stricter regulations.
